This qualification is delivered using a face-to-face, classroom-based delivery mode.
The qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.
Qualification Detail
The successful completion of this qualification requires competency to be achieved in 13 units comprising of fifteen (8) core units and two (5) elective units.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, although applicants will need to undertake an LLN assessment. Students are required to complete Practical Placement which requires a police clearance. Students must also have current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
