It covers the flow of goods, storage, manual handling, customer service, and environmentally sustainable practices. You’ll gain a real-world understanding of the supply chain cycle—essential knowledge for a variety of entry-level roles or further training.
This short course is also ideal preparation for learners intending to enrol in TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.
